Our process: from concept to completion
Discover how Monument Solutions brings your vision to life. We've streamlined our process to ensure clarity, efficiency, and exceptional results for every monument sandblasting project. Learn what to expect every step of the way.

Your journey begins: initial contact and contract
Once you contact Monument Solutions, our first step is to establish a clear understanding of your needs. We draft a comprehensive contract outlining the exact details to be engraved on the stone or rock, the project's location, and an estimated completion timeline. This document ensures transparency and mutual agreement before any work commences, setting the foundation for a successful project.

Efficiency in action: how we work
What sets Monument Solutions apart is our commitment to efficiency. We operate an on-board plotter, the device that precisely cuts the stencil needed for sandblasting. This eliminates external delays, ensuring quick turnaround times. The only potential time delay might be locating a unique font if we lack internet access in a cemetery. Additionally, we strategically blend certain "runs" of projects, allowing us to complete multiple partial projects faster and more efficiently than our competitors.

What we need from you: essential information
To ensure accuracy and a smooth process, certain details are almost mandatory. We require a full description of the stone and its precise location. While not a deal-breaker, a picture of the stone is strongly advised to help us identify it correctly. Providing a spouse's or other name already on the stone is also helpful. Additionally, please inform us if the interment was a cremation or burial, and if ashes are buried at the site (especially for newer dates).
Important notes: laser etching and deadlines
If your monument's existing date was laser etched, we offer a satisfactory substitution, though it's important to note that Monument Solutions does not offer laser etching services directly. We require your explicit permission to proceed with a laser substitution. Any specific deadline needs for your project will be thoroughly discussed to confirm availability and our commitment to meeting your timeline. Your understanding of these details helps us deliver the best possible service.
